HOUSEHOLD TASK
Help you with cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, spring cleaning, house maintenance, meal preparation and gardening
COMMUNITY NURSING CARE
Provide you with nursing support within your own home following being discharged from hospital, a medical event or any health concerns
- Our Registered Nurses are able to help with medication administration, peg and NG feeding management, catheter care
- Continence management, pressure Sore, wound care, colostomy care, tracheostomy care, CPAP, BSL monitoring, blood pressure monitoring and peritoneal dialysis
ASSIST WITH TRAVEL/TRANSPORT
Provide you with safe, reliable transport, scheduled in advance to help you access work, the community and your appointments
ASSISTANCE PERSONAL ACTIVITIES
Help with personal tasks of daily life to allow you to develop skills to live as autonomously as possible
- This includes cooking, shopping and attending medical appointments
